Thandwe

Thandwe is known as not only a tourism destination but also a trading area. Located in western part of Myanmar, this town is very ancient, said to have been at one time the capital of Rakhine State, and now is a major seaport. In the region with tropical monsoon climate, temperatures are very warm throughout the year, with a winter dry season and a summer wet reason. Agriculture is endowed by nature; hence, all the cultivation is rice, except a few acres of tobacco.

Mergui

One of the least known parts but very beautiful area of Myanmar is Mergui Archipelago, which is previously named Mergui Archipelago. Myeik once belonged to the Thais and was the principal seaport for the Thai Ayuthaya Kingdom, just across the mountains. It was called Mergui during the olden days and the name Mergui was given by the British to the southernmost part of Myanmar.

Monywa

If you are Buddhism followers or love the beauty of Buddha architecture, it will be a big mistake if you pass Monywa, one of the attractions in Myanmar. This city lies on the eastern bank of Chindwin River, serving as a major trade center for India and Burma through Kalay Myo road and Chindwin River.

Mingun

If you’ve arrived at Mandalay and Sagaing, your journey will not be completed without visiting Mingun which is rich in historical memorials and Buddhist edifies. All products of arts and crafts in Mingun are genuine Myanmar artistic work, making Mingun a well known place since Kongbaung era like Mandalay.

Mandalay

Located approximated 600 kilometers north of Yangon, along the Ayeyarwaddy River (meaning ‘mother of water’), Mandalay is Myanmar’s second largest city as well as the main communication and trading center in the northern and central part of the country. This capital city of Mandalay region is accessible through road, airway and railway.

Kawthaung

Kawthaung is the southernmost town of Myanmar which is opposite Ranong Thailand and an interesting destination. The city is well known as the former Victoria Point and reflects the old colonial charm set up by the English. At 1859, a local Chinese and Thais group is settled at Maliwan to the north of Kawthaung, a place with numerous lakes and flower trees called Maliwan in Thai Language.

Kalaw

About 70 kilometers west of Taunggyi, Kalaw is a Township of Taunggyi District, including three parts: its principal town of the same name – Kalaw, Aungban, and Heho. Situated at a height of 1320 meters above the sea level, on the eastern edge of Shan Plateau, the hill town of Kalaw is surrounded by mountains filled with bamboo groves and gnarled pines.

Inle Lake

Being a mesmerizing area of natural beauty as well as cultural diversity, the lake of Inle is absolutely an attractive destination for your tour in Shan State, Myanmar. The attraction is so famous that if you talk the word ‘Inle’, immediately people will think of ‘Inle Lake’.

Nam Cat Tien National Park

Nam Cat Tien is located in the system of Cat Tien National Park – one in eight World’s Biosphere Reserve in Vietnam recognized by UNESCO. Though accounting for approximately 10% of the total area of Cat Tien National Park, Nam Cat Tien owns one in two Ramsar Wetlands in Vietnam. With high biodiversity, varied terrain, rare and precious plants and animals together with beautiful sceneries, Nam Cat Tien National Park has become a tourist attraction for years.

Cuc Phuong National Park

Situated 130 kilometers southwest of Hanoi, in Ninh Binh province, Cuc Phuong National Park is the largest nature reserve of Vietnam. The area officially came into operation in July, 1962, being Vietnam’s first national park, with an area of 22,200 ha.

Chau Doc

About 245 kilometers north of Ho Chi Minh City, the town of Chau Doc is situated in the vicinity of An Giang province, in the center of Mekong Delta. Towards travelers, the town is best known as a Vietnam’s border crossing with the neighbor country Cambodia. Currently, Chau Doc is trying its best to become a ‘festival city’, utilizing tourism as a leading economic sector.

Can Tho

Being the main and biggest city of the Mekong River Delta, Can Tho is renowned for its friendly and warm people, interesting floating markets, beautiful Buddhist pagodas, as well as delicious foods and verdant fruits.
